12-Week Personal Training Block

Our 12-week training blocks are built for serious individuals ready to commit, show up, and see real results. Unlike one-off sessions, these blocks give you the structure, accountability, and progressive programming needed to make measurable progress in strength, performance, and body composition.

The Process

  • Structured Commitment – Each block runs for 12 weeks, with three training sessions per week (choose M/W/F or Sun/Tue/Thu). This consistency ensures your body adapts and improves week by week.

  • Set Times, Zero Guesswork – Training slots are fixed (7:00, 8:30, 10:00, or 11:30 a.m.), eliminating the stress of scheduling conflicts and keeping you accountable to your commitment.

  • Seamless Billing & Deposit – A 20% deposit secures your spot, with weekly payments of $160 starting at the end of week 1. Simple, predictable, and commitment-driven.

  • Exclusive Training Location – All sessions take place at our partner facility, Fit Life Sewell. Membership at Fit Life is required, giving you 24/7 access to an optimal training environment.
