Who is IronFlex Online Coaching a good fit for?

IronFlex is built for real people who are ready to train with purpose—beginners, busy parents, and experienced lifters. You don’t have to be an athlete or “hardcore,” but you do need to be willing to train consistently, follow a plan, and be coachable. If you want structure, progression, and honest feedback instead of random workouts, you’re in the right place.
What’s the difference between Elite, Premier, and IFX Training Club?

All three options use the IFX Fit App. The difference is the level of 1:1 support and customization:

Elite Coaching is full-service and high-touch—fully customized training, detailed nutrition guidance, deep weekly check-ins, and more direct support.
Premier Coaching gives you structured, personalized training with clear nutrition targets and regular app-based check-ins, without going as deep as Elite.
IFX Training Club is an app-based training hub with structured programs, AI-assisted check-ins, and resource guides—ideal if you want a clear plan and accountability at a lower monthly cost, without full 1:1 coaching.
Do I need to be advanced or super strong to start?

No. You don’t need to be advanced—you just need to be ready to put in consistent work. I coach a range of experience levels, from newer lifters to experienced athletes. Your plan is built around your starting point, and we focus on progressing strength, movement quality, and habits over time.
What kind of equipment do I need?

Most coaching clients and IFX Training Club programs are built around a commercial gym or well-equipped home gym—barbells, dumbbells, cables, and basic machines. If you’re working with a more limited setup, we’ll use smart substitutions and variations so you can still progress with what you have.
How long should I plan to stay in coaching or IFX Training Club?

Real progress takes longer than 4–6 weeks. Most coaching clients plan on at least one full phase of training (around 12 weeks), and many stay 3–6+ months to move through multiple phases—strength, hypertrophy, recomposition, or performance blocks. IFX Training Club is an ongoing membership built around those same kinds of phases, so you always know what’s next instead of constantly starting over.
How are check-ins and communication handled?

Everything runs through the IFX Fit App. For Elite and Premier, you’ll complete regular check-ins, and I’ll review your training data, notes, and progress to adjust your plan, nutrition targets, and strategy. You’ll also have in-app messaging for questions and feedback.

IFX Training Club uses AI-assisted weekly check-ins to highlight wins, flag potential issues, and keep you accountable while you follow your program. It does not include 1:1 messaging or personalized weekly feedback like the coaching tiers.
