These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of:
- The IronFlex Fitness website at https://www.ironflexfitness.com (the “Site”)
- The IFX Fit App and related online portals
- IFX Training Club membership
- IronFlex coaching services (Elite and Premier)
- IFX Essentials products and related offerings
By accessing or using our Site, app, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Site, app, or services.
“IronFlex,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to IronFlex Fitness, LLC. “You” and “your” refer to the individual using our Site or services.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Site, app, or services, including coaching and IFX Training Club. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 and capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2. NOT MEDICAL ADVICE

Information provided through the Site, IFX Fit App, IFX Training Club, coaching programs, emails, resource guides, or any other content is for informational and educational purposes only.
- We do not provide medical, nursing, or other professional healthcare advice.
- Our programs are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice.
- Always consult with your physician or another qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have or suspect any medical condition, are taking medication, or have specific health concerns.
If you experience dizziness, fainting, pain, shortness of breath, or any concerning symptoms, stop exercising immediately and seek medical attention.
In case of emergency, call your local emergency number right away.

3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By using our Site, app, coaching, IFX Training Club, or any IronFlex programs, you understand and agree that:
- Participation in strength training, conditioning, and exercise carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, soreness, overexertion, falls, and in rare cases serious injury or death.
- You voluntarily choose to participate and assume all risks associated with training, nutrition changes, and related activities, whether guided by human coaching or app-based systems.
You are responsible for exercising within your own limits and using appropriate judgment when following any program or guidance.

4. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Individual results vary. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, such as:
- Amount of weight lost or gained
- Muscle growth
- Performance gains
- Medical or health improvements
Your results depend on factors including but not limited to your genetics, effort, consistency, lifestyle, adherence to training and nutrition guidance, and other variables outside our control.

5. ACCOUNTS & SECURITY

To access certain services (such as the IFX Fit App, IFX Training Club, or online coaching), you may need to create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information
- Maintain the security of your login credentials
- Not share your account or allow others to use your credentials
- Notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used inappropriately.

6. FEES, BILLING & CANCELLATION

6.1 Coaching Services (Elite and Premier)
- Coaching fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms may be described:
- On the Site
- Within the app or checkout flow
- In a separate coaching agreement or onboarding documents
- By enrolling in Elite or Premier Coaching, you agree to the pricing and terms presented at the time of purchase.
- Unless otherwise specified, coaching is billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly) until canceled in accordance with the applicable terms.
6.2 IFX Training Club
- Membership to IFX Training Club is offered as a recurring subscription (for example, monthly) at the rate shown at checkout.
- Promotional offers (such as a free first month or discounted founding rate) may be subject to specific terms and may change or end at our discretion.
- You are responsible for managing your subscription and cancellation through the platform where you subscribed (e.g., app portal, payment provider, or Site link), subject to any notice periods stated at signup.
6.3 IFX Essentials Purchases
- Prices and availability of products are subject to change.
- Taxes, shipping, and handling may apply and will be shown at checkout when applicable.
- Any refund or return policies for IFX Essentials products will be provided at or near the point of sale and are incorporated into these Terms.
6.4 No Refunds Unless Stated
Unless a specific refund or cancellation policy is provided for a given product or service, all fees are non-refundable once charged.

7. USE OF THE SITE, APP & CONTENT

You agree not to:
- Use the Site, app, or services for any unlawful purpose
- Copy, distribute, or exploit any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the operation of the Site, app, or related systems
- Upload or transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff
We may, at our discretion, limit or terminate access to users who violate these Terms or misuse our services.

All content and materials on the Site, IFX Fit App, and related services—including but not limited to text, programs, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, and software—are owned by IronFlex Fitness, LLC or used with permission.
- “IronFlex,” “IFX,” “IFX Training Club,” “IFX Essentials,” “IFX Fit App,” related logos, and brand elements are trademarks or service marks of IronFlex Fitness, LLC.
- You may not use our trademarks, logos, or content without our prior written consent, except as allowed for personal, non-commercial use in connection with your membership or coaching.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & LINKS

Our Site, app, and communications may reference or link to third-party services, such as:
- App platforms or coaching software providers
- Payment processors
- Email marketing platforms
- Social media platforms
- Wearables and integrations (e.g., Fitbit, MyFitnessPal)
We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their separate terms and policies.

10. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Our services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- We do not warrant that the Site, app, or services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
In no event will IronFlex Fitness, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, or agents be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
- Any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Any injuries, health issues, or damages resulting from your participation in training or nutrition programs, whether coaching-based or app-based
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site, app, or services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the event.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability; in such cases, these limitations may apply only to the extent permitted by law.

- Your participation in any training, nutrition, or coaching program
- Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
